Event transportation in Houston

Event transportation in Houston means planning around a day, not a single ride: several stops, a group that changes size, and a time that cannot move. Pick your occasion below. Every event is quoted by text from your plan, confirmed by text or phone within 15 minutes, 24/7, and booked once you accept the confirmed quote.

Bachelorette and bachelor parties

Houston bachelorette nights usually run along Washington Avenue and through Midtown, with Montrose and Downtown close by. A Sprinter for up to thirteen, or a partner party bus for a bigger group, keeps everyone together from the first stop to the ride home. Alcohol is only for passengers 21 and older, under the operator’s rules.

Sweet 16 and birthdays

A Sweet 16 is a trip with minors aboard, so it is alcohol free for everyone and an adult, 18 or older, holds the booking. For an adult birthday, plan the dinner, the second stop and the ride home as one booking. An Escalade fits six, and a Sprinter fits thirteen.

Graduations

Graduation days are fixed by the school, so the ride is planned around the ceremony time and the family dinner after it.

  • Rice University: December commencement is Monday, December 7, 2026 at 10 a.m. in Tudor Fieldhouse. Spring 2027 commencement is Friday and Saturday, May 7 and 8, 2027.
  • University of Houston: fall 2026 ceremonies run December 17 and 18, 2026, at venues including Cullen Performance Hall and the Fertitta Center.
  • High schools: Humble ISD used the Humble Civic Center, Daikin Park and Fertitta Center for its 2026 ceremonies, and HISD publishes its ceremony schedule and locations each spring. Venues can change from year to year, so check the district’s graduation page.

Galas and corporate events

For a gala, guests ride from a hotel block to the ballroom and home again without driving. Two hotels come up often, and they are different properties: Hilton Americas-Houston, downtown at 1600 Lamar St and connected to the George R. Brown Convention Center, and The Post Oak Hotel in Uptown, with its 16,000 square foot Grand Ballroom. Coaches seat 24 or 34, and companies can be invoiced.

Holiday lights tours

A chauffeured lights tour lets everyone look out the window instead of at the road. Three Houston-area favorites:

  • River Oaks: Visit Houston promotes it as a self-guided driving tour, and the River Oaks Santa House at 3403 Del Monte Dr is open most Friday and Saturday evenings in December.
  • Candy Cane Lane in Conroe: for 2026, the Candy Cane Holiday Trail moves from Candy Cane Park to Founders Plaza in downtown Conroe as a walk-through, live December 1 to 26.
  • Moody Gardens Festival of Lights in Galveston: November 21, 2026 to January 2, 2027, with a New Year’s Eve event on December 31, 2026.

Diwali and religious milestones

BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir at 1150 Brand Lane in Stafford hosted a multi-day Diwali and Annakut celebration with fireworks in 2025. For Diwali visits, first communions, baptisms, bar and bat mitzvahs and other family milestones, send us the service time and the households to collect, and we plan the cars around the ceremony.

Funerals and memorial services

For a funeral or memorial, we keep it simple and quiet: a sedan or SUV for the immediate family, scheduled around the service. Tell us the funeral home or church, the service time, the cemetery if there is one, and whether the family car will follow the procession. We handle the details by text so the family does not have to.

Anniversaries and date night

For an anniversary, a proposal or an evening for two, see our date night page: a fixed hourly price, a private chauffeur, and the evening planned around your reservations.

Questions

What events do you provide transportation for in Houston?

Weddings, quinceañeras, proms and homecomings, the rodeo, games and concerts, galas and conventions, graduations, holiday lights tours, birthdays, bachelorette and bachelor parties, religious milestones, funerals and date nights. If your occasion is not listed, send us the plan anyway. We quote every event by text.

How is event transportation priced?

Events are quoted by text from your plan, because the vehicles, hours and stops differ every time. Where we have fixed prices, such as cars by the hour for 3, 4 or 5 hours (the same price for pickups in Downtown, Galleria, the Texas Medical Center, IAH, Hobby, The Woodlands, Katy and Sugar Land), or airport transfers, we use them. Stretch limousines, SUV limos, party buses and coaches are quoted on request.

What vehicles can I book for an event?

Sedans, the Mercedes-Benz S-Class, SUVs that seat five or six, the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for up to thirteen, a 24-seat Mini Coach and a 34-seat Coach. On request, our partners also provide stretch limousines, SUV limos such as Escalade or Hummer, and party buses. The confirmation names the exact vehicle.

Is alcohol allowed on event rides?

Only for passengers aged 21 and older, and only as the operator’s rules allow for that vehicle. Any trip with minors aboard, such as a prom, homecoming, quinceañera or Sweet 16, is alcohol free for everyone, and an adult (18+) holds the booking.

Where is Candy Cane Lane near Houston?

Candy Cane Lane is a Conroe tradition: the city’s Candy Cane Holiday Trail, long a drive-thru at Candy Cane Park. For 2026 it moves to Founders Plaza in downtown Conroe as a walk-through display, live December 1 to 26. We can include it in a holiday lights tour with River Oaks, or plan it as its own evening.

Do you speak Spanish?

Yes. Se habla español. Send your request in Spanish and we reply in Spanish, by text or by phone, from the first message to the confirmed quote. Choose Spanish in the event form, or simply write to us in Spanish. Our Spanish pages cover quinceañeras, weddings and the Rodeo.
