What do people book a party bus for in Houston?
Birthdays, bachelorette parties and bachelor parties are the core of it, and they share the same shape: a group, a few stops and a late ride home. Milestone birthdays, reunions and a night before a wedding follow the same plan.
- Birthdays: a dinner, a second stop and the ride home, with no one left to sort out a car at midnight.
- Bachelorette and bachelor parties: a planned route between venues, with the group arriving together at each one.
- Nights out: a set pickup and a set ride home, so nobody in the group drives.
Where do Houston party bus routes go?
Most nightlife routes in Houston run through a few districts close to downtown. Pickups and stops across these areas are the usual plan.
- Washington Avenue: the bar corridor most often named for bachelorette nights.
- Midtown: paired with Washington Avenue as the busiest bar-crawl area for bachelorette groups.
- Montrose: art, food and nightlife just west of downtown.
- Downtown: a usual pickup area for nightlife bookings.
Can we drink on a party bus?
Alcohol is only for passengers aged 21 and older, and only as the operator’s rules allow for that vehicle and that trip. Ask about them when you request the quote.
If any rider is a minor, the trip is alcohol free for everyone. That covers Sweet 16s, prom groups and quinceañeras. The person who signs the booking must be an adult, 18 or older.
Party bus or Sprinter?
Party buses come from our partners and are always a quote request; we quote the partner vehicle on request. For a group of up to thirteen, a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is the simpler option, and it has a fixed price on our rate card.
A Sprinter booked by the hour is $375.00 for the 3-hour minimum, the same for pickups in any of our Houston service areas (Downtown, Galleria, the Texas Medical Center, IAH, Hobby, The Woodlands, Katy and Sugar Land). Other pickup areas and nights over 5 hours are quoted by text.

How to plan a party bus night
A good night has a plan the chauffeur can follow and room for the group to change its mind once.
- Pick the first pickup and the last drop-off. One pickup point is faster than five.
- List the stops in order, with a rough time at each one.
- Count heads, and name one organizer who answers the phone all night.
- Decide the end time before the night starts, and add some room.
- Tell us the occasion. A birthday and a bachelorette run differently.
