Who books a stretch limo?
A stretch limousine is booked for the arrival as much as for the ride. The occasions that call for one in Houston are mostly the ones with photos at the curb.
- Weddings: the couple’s exit from the ceremony, or the bridal party riding to the reception together.
- Proms and homecoming: a small group of students, an adult organizer on the booking, and a school or parent return time.
- Quinceañeras: the court arriving at the salón, with the planning tip about gowns in the section below.
- Anniversaries and vow renewals: a couple, or the whole family, for dinner and the drive home.
- Birthdays and nights out: one car for the group from the first stop to the last.

Seat counts on partner vehicles vary from one model to the next, so the numbers below are typical ranges, not promises. We confirm the exact seat count for your date before you book.

A gown, a train or a tux: getting in and out
A stretch limousine sits low, and passengers climb in through a rear door onto a long side bench. A tux handles that easily. A full ball gown or a wedding dress with a train has to fold in through the door, and it happens again at every stop.
If the person in the gown matters most, pick headroom: a Sprinter, a party bus or an SUV limo. If the photos call for a classic stretch, plan a couple of extra minutes at each stop for getting in and out, with someone ready to help with the train.
How is a stretch limo priced?
We do not publish stretch limousine prices, because partner vehicles are priced per booking. You get a written quote by text, and nothing is booked until you accept it. Stretch limousines and SUV limos are booked by the hour with a minimum number of hours, and the quote states that minimum for your date.
If you would rather have a fixed price today, our own cars have one. A Cadillac Escalade is $375.00 for 3 hours and a Mercedes-Benz S-Class is $375.00, the same in all eight of our service areas.
- The vehicle: a stretch sedan, a larger SUV limo, or two vehicles for a bigger group.
- The hours, counted from the first pickup to the last drop-off.
- The date and time: a Saturday night in prom season is not the same booking as a weekday dinner.
- The route: a run out to Galveston or The Woodlands adds time on the road.
Why 72 hours’ notice and a 50% deposit?
A stretch limousine is a specific vehicle that a partner holds for your date, and it cannot be swapped in at the last minute the way a sedan can. That is why a stretch is booked at least 72 hours before the first pickup, and why half of the price is paid as a deposit when the booking is confirmed.
The deposit is arranged with you directly when we confirm; this website never asks for a card. If your date is less than three days away, a Sprinter, an Escalade or a Suburban can usually still be arranged, and they keep the group together just as well.
Minors, alcohol and who holds the booking
The person who books is an adult, 18 or older, and stays the contact for the night. On any ride with a minor aboard, including proms, homecoming, quinceañeras and Sweet 16 parties, there is no alcohol in the vehicle at all, for anyone. On adult-only trips, alcohol is only for passengers 21 and over, under the operator’s own rules.
What to send for a stretch limo quote
Rough details are fine for a first request. The more of this the request includes, the faster the quote comes back.
- The date and the first pickup time.
- How many people ride, counting the person in the gown or the guest of honor.
- Every stop in order: home, ceremony or school, photos, dinner or the salón, and the ride home.
- Whether the limo waits between stops or comes back later.
- Stretch or SUV limo, black or white if it matters to you, and a backup choice.

Hourly prices are for any pickup in the Houston area, 3-hour minimum. We confirm the exact vehicle in writing. Coaches, mini coaches and stretch limousines need 72 hours’ notice and a 50% deposit, collected when the booking is confirmed.
